Endeavour Hills Renovation (House No.3)

Hard to believe it’s been a year since we renovated this home in Endeavour Hills, Vic!! This home hasn't been renovated since being built in the 80's...

Our client grew up in this house and wanted to transform her childhood family home into (what will now become) her forever home. A home that she can enjoy for years to come. This small but BEAUTIFUL family home situated in the suburbs, is absolutely unrecognisable and the transformation is breathtaking. 

We are grateful for the opportunity and trust placed in our team to tackle this monster of a project.

Design Brief: Modern Farmhouse 

What we did: 

• Demo’d the old Entry wall, relocated the linen cupboard and ducted return vent to create a new Entrance Hallway with an archway to the new Family Dining/Kitchen
• Increased the size of old doorway to Lounge from Dining to create an Open Plan Living space
• Installed a new Skylight 
• Installed a new Kitchen
• Installed a new Laundry
• Demo’d the old toilet and Bathroom dividing wall to created a larger family bathroom with bath. 
• Painted the whole house
• Installed Entry Door and hardware
• Installed New Floors to living areas
• Created a New Lighting Plan with pendants, downlights, switches, PowerPoints and wall sconces
• Installed new door hardware throughout 

The result: A beautiful, modern farmhouse style home, with an improved floor plan, better flow, lots of natural light designed for the modern Australian lifestyle. 

Thanks to the amazing team of trades who worked on this project to create the homeowners dream home.
