Trade/Wholesale/Sales/Collaborations - 

At this time, we don’t offer a trade program or discounts. Our pricing is consistent for both designers and retail customers, as we believe in transparent, fair pricing for everyone.

While we understand the demand for trade pricing and sales, our approach is intentional, it ensures consistency and fairness for all who support our work and value quality, handmade pieces.

We don’t participate in sales, offer wholesale, ‘collaborate’ or co-design outside of our internal team. All designs are created in-house and are an extension of our own creative direction, which we choose to keep contained and personal.

As a small, family-run business, we price our pieces with great care, ensuring they reflect the craftsmanship, time and integrity behind each one. Fairness and honesty guide everything we do. 

There's an unspoken problem in the design industry where "trade pricing" often functions less as a professional courtesy and more as an expectation that small businesses subsidise a designer's income.

Instead of charging clients appropriately for their expertise, some designers rely on supplier discounts and kick-backs which ultimately come out of the maker's already narrow margins. For independent brands and artisans, this isn't sustainable.

Fair design should be transparent: designers should be paid by their clients for their skill and service, products should be valued for the craftsmanship, time and risk carried by the businesses that create them.

Trade programs & Collaborations were intended as a courtesy, not an entitlement. When designers & 'content creators' depend on supplier discounts instead of charging clients fairly, the cost is quietly passed on to small businesses with the least capacity to absorb it.

This model rewards kick-backs and money for zero-effort, over originality and craftsmanship - it pressures independent makers to devalue their own work just to be "featured" - That isn't collaboration - it's a structural imbalance.

We don't share these values and we don't support unfair pricing models where customers are disadvantaged. For this reason, we don't have a trade program and don't collaborate under these terms.

Why Impreshens doesn’t compete on price?

We don’t replicate other brands, prefer designs that aren’t readily available and we don’t race to the bottom. Our exclusive designs are original - select pieces are handmade by our founder. Each piece is thoughtfully designed, experimented with and refined - a process that takes months, sometimes years. 

Unfortunately, imitation is common in our industry, and copied versions of our work may appear elsewhere at lower prices. That reflects a difference in morals, ethics and values - not quality and it will never guide our vision.

We believe good design deserves respect: for the original maker, the materials, and the customer. That belief guides every piece we create.

Product viewings are a customised experience based on your personal needs. This is why our Showroom is Open by Appointment ONLY. Let us know what you wish to view so we can ensure it’s unpacked 24hrs beforehand (not everything is on display)

If you are making an appointment, please attend on time. We will arrive 5-10mins prior to your appointment. Please be mindful that late attendance will shorten your time with us and we are unable to change the appointment following yours. 

Bookings will automatically be cancelled and treated as a ‘no-show’ if later than 15mins without notification.
