Shipping policy
We take great care to ensure your vintage pieces arrive safely. This is why we use professional furniture removalists rather than standard couriers. To help keep delivery costs down, we often engage single-operator removalists.
Delivery is to your door only and ground floor access is required. If someone is available on-site to assist, the transport company may be able to accommodate however this is not guaranteed.
If your delivery involves stairs, lifts, narrow entryways, tight access, or complicated driveways, please advise before placing your order so we can provide an accurate shipping quote. Additional charges will apply in these cases, and any difference must be paid if incorrect delivery options are selected at checkout.
Please note that removalists are third-party providers and are not affiliated with our business; therefore, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Most orders are dispatched within 7–10 days of purchase. We are unable to hold orders for longer than 4 weeks, so please do not place an order if you are unable to accept delivery within this timeframe. Our warehouse space is limited and we are a small business.
If you are purchasing more than one item, please email us for a delivery quote. Our website calculates shipping per item rather than per order and may overcharge.

Approx.1-2 week delivery time-frame. Pick up option is also available from our Dandenong South Warehouse.
Click & Collect orders must be collected within 7 days of order placement.
Interstate Metro + Regional - Approximate Guide
We can also deliver interstate with an approx. 2-4 week delivery time-frame including NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and 3-4 weeks to WA, QLD, NT.
Remote/Regional locations, please don’t select metro Rates where Regional Rates are available, please get in touch with us prior to ordering so we can look for a company to deliver your goods as our usual removalists don't always travel deep in-land. We occasionally encounter delays but you will be informed if this is the scenario.
